Charles “CJ” Nafus, PGA, is a leading instructor with over a decade of experience in the golf industry. He began his career in New Jersey as an Assistant Professional and was swiftly promoted to Director of Instruction at Roxiticus Golf Club.
When CJ began his teaching career, he always questioned why golfers were not improving their overall golf game as quickly as he knew they could. CJ set out on a goal to figure out a way to instruct his students on how to improve their golf game in the most effective manner possible.
After investing in technology that works to analyze and validate golf performance though data, and educating himself through certification programs, coaching summits, seminars, and online certificate classes, he has created an individualized, data-driven approach that provides his students an unparalleled experience based on the science of the golf swing.
CJ is one of 10 instructors in the world that is a Jacobs 3D Golf Ambassador and has access to one-of-a-kind research software which measures the kinetics at work in a golf swing. He is a graduate of the Methodist University Professional Golf Management (PGM) program.
CJ lives in Long Valley with his wife, daughter and goldendoodle.
